Useless staff

I ordered lunch for my co-workers and I at 12:15pm today and the lady on the phone said it would take 25 minutes to get my order ready.<br> <br> When I arrived at 12:50pm the store was locked up and all the staff was sitting outside on lunch, when I asked them where my order was they said they hadn't started yet and would only start it at 13:15 which meant the order only be ready at 13:45, most likely 14:15pm as it would take them an age to switch on the lights and start the stoves etc. <br> <br> They were more than happy to cancel the order as it meant they could carry getting paid for doing nothing. <br> Word of advice if you close at lunch time DON'T open until 9pm so your staff can have supper first.
