Unhappy Customer/ Poor Service

What an appalling service I got today from your store today. I called atn16:35, placed an order with a lady who did not give me her name or order number. The lady cashier told me that the number I called is not correct. This was the 3rd time i had used this number and never had a problem.

At the cashier no one took accountability fornthe error nor was there an apology. These Ladies ate never friendly, never wear uniform or name tags, so how do we report such cases without names. Even when they answer the calls, they do not give their names.

The one wearing a black jacket today (name says Susan Ta on the slip after placing a second order) alos did not have a name tag. I find them unfriendly, unprofessional.

Pleqae do something about this appalling service!
