Unhappy Customer and Upset stomach

It is with great disappoint that I have to write this email, when I have been a big fan of Mochachos food. After yesterday’s chicken and chips I don’t share that sentiment anymore. My colleague and I ordered a meal for delivery at Mochachos Gandhi Square, the chips were basically cremated to a point of being hollow inside, I could basically feel them going down my esophagus and the chicken was so dry…. Due to us not being able to walk all the way for a refund, we had to bare and grin it. Please advise the branch to keep the standard of food that we are used to not what we were given saturday.
