Unhappy customer

I ordered a family meal,which is a full chicken,4 rolls and chips,only for them to deliver full chicken and rolls and only after 30 min after I gave them a call my chips were delivered dry and cold like the chicken,they actually tasted like they were prepared in the day I am terminally disappointed with the service and food
