Unfair charged

Hi. I ordered food on the 9th April 2023 at about 20:45. I never received my meals. Instead when I cancel after 2hrs of waiting I was told that I will be charged for the meals which was prepared for me and the driver who was booked to bring my meals as I bought meals through uber eats. The money that I bought meals with was gone for the driver and the store
