Uncooked food with bad attitude from manager

I ordered a burger meal from Mochachos only to find the fillet inside the burger meal was uncooked , It was disgusting and raw in the inside. I then phoned Mochachos to inform the manager Terrence about my meal and instead of assisting me his response was \my company that I work for always complains and he always has problems with us \" .<br> I then phoned *** their customer care to complain a few minutes later , I was told by a lady Yasmin that the area manager would contact me and its now the 23rd March and I haven't heard from them.<br> I have become sick from this meal and I am upset with the don't care attitude I have received ."
