UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM MOCHACHOS KELVIN

On 31/5/2018 i placed an order at Mochachos in Kelvin at 11:24. i then received my order at 13:15 only to find out the whole order was not delivered, i paid the full amount and told the driver that i will phone and advise that the order was short. i then phoned at 13:23 to advise that the order was short. they said the order will be delivered soon. i phoned again at 14:03 to find out where they were. they said their driver is on his way. when reception phoned at 14:20 to say the order was there i then asked if the driver was still here and the receptionist rep**** saying no as the driver did not know how to face me. This service is unacceptable. i place order at 11:24 and only received my food at 14:20. WHO ON EARTH WOULD WAIT 3 HOURS FOR THEIR FOOD WHEN THEY ONLY 5 MIN AROUND THE CORNER???
