unacceptable

We ordered food for 3 people. it took 45 minutes to be made. People who placed order after us were getting their food before us. When we asked for our order, the lady at the till gave us a dirty look and told us it will come when it comes. at this point we just wanted to leave. We did, but when we did, we got home and realised they didnt give us the salad that we paid for. They gave me chips that i didnt ask for. This is simply bad attitude amd shocking service.
