this place is ****ed up.

I phoned in an order for collection. When I arrived 15 minutes later, my order had not been placed. After waiting another 20 minutes. I receive a meal that was not even what I ordered. I ask for my money back. The manager (Richard), runs away with my slip and food and is never seen again. This is worthless. I would like for this place to be closed as they can not run a business.
