I ordered food from here on 12th of January only for the manager to tell me that it would be R117. I paid her cash and she gave me my receipt. Only problem was that the receipt was only for R79.80. When I questioned this, she said that the balance was for the cold drinks. I then requested a receipt for my cold drinks and that only came to R28.40. So if my math is correct, that only totals R108.20. So basically every time you pay cash here they are pocketing the money. I complained on the 13th online to their customer services department and still have had no reply. I have tried phoning their head office both on the 15th and again today (18th).... These managers at this branch are ROBBING their clients blind and management doesn't seem to care.
