The worst service ever

Mochachos vanderbijlpark will never see me again ordered 18:47 walked inside not busy at all at 19:23 went in to collect my food just to find out that they havent even started preparing my order (just started ) was their reply asked them how long is it going to be more or im cancelling my order no reply from the staff member she just went ahead and cancelled my order just there and then i took my refund staff was mumbling in zulu standing around as peoples food is finished and not being handed out to waiting customers this is the worst service i have ever recieved ended up ordering food from roco momas thanks for wasting my time .
