The Glen Mochachos- utterly Disgusting!!!!

I am utterly disgusted with the service I have recieved from Mochachos The Glen. On more than one occasion I have given them a chance but they Always disappoint us!

Called in to order, ordered a full chicken with big chips and rolls, emphasized that we wanted EXTRA SAUCE! Recieved the order, the chips were BURNT, absolutely NO FLAVOUR on the chips (No Mochachos spice) and the chicken was BLAND, no FLAVOUR, no salt, DRY and just absolutely Put me and my husband in a bad mood, this is terrible customer service! And never will me or my family or friends ever support such an establishment again! Not to mention we didn't even recieved a SLIP!!!! I am at my wit's end with this place! And urge all people, STAY AWAY!!!! If you haven't waited an hour for your food, you will get it unpleasantly!
