Terrible service, late delivery

I'm so upset at the terrible service received from the Honeydew Rock Cottage branch yesterday, 26 February. Ordered two chicken burger combo meals with extra cheese on Mr Delivery. Ordered at 16:17. Food meant to be ready by 16:51 and delivered by 17:06. The food was only ready at 17:22, this is after I complained to Mr Delivery. Not only was my order extremely late, there was no cheese on either of the two burgers- so I was charged R20 extra and I did not get cheese. The food was cold and chips were hard.

I'm just so disgusted and I'll never order from them again.
