Terrible service from mochachos , Waterfall park, Midrand.

I am terribly dissapointed in the absolutely shocking service i received from mochachos , Waterfall Park, Midrand today. We placed our order at 11:30 this morning as my boss was leaving to the airport at 2 ' o clock and wanted us to all eat together before his flight. Our food had still not arrived by 13:20 , i then got into my vehicle and drove to the Mochachos branch where i then waited a further 15 minutes for my order. I then got to the office and the order was incorrect. I contacted mochachos and complained and asked them to bring the correct food, by 14:00 the food was still not here and we are situated 2km away. I spoke to a gentleman named Marvellous who said oh hes sorry and left me on the line while he had a 10 minute conversation and did not care or try and assist me. I had to call back for a further 15 minutes as i could not get through. Needless to say, we all had the wrong food. My boss went to the airport without eating as the order arrived to late and the staff does not even care helping the customer. My boss was very upset with myself and my fellow employee as we ordered the food and he did not even get to eat as he had to leave to the airport! I am so upset!
