TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MOCHACHOS NEW REDRUTH ALBERTON

We made a MR Delivery order on Wednesday 26 May 2021. 30 minutes after our order the power went off. The food came here ice cold and the wrong order. We asked for no garnish on burgers and there was garnish. Then on the slip it stated that they could not make the chips. No refund? Just a message through the friendly lady that delivererd our food stating we can get our chips tomorrow.

This is bad service from Mochachos side. Ice cold food shows that food is not fresh and the wrong order. How can such a large franchise be without generators or gas in this day and age we live today.
