Terrible service and safety risks
After countless attempts to get the owner to contact me i have decided to publish the terrible service and safety risks I experienced from mochachos rock cottage .
1st issue - i placed an order via Uber eat and after the food was delayed for over an hour I called the store and they advised that the driver had collected my food ,the strange part came in when the app showed the driver collecting it from a different location to the store . Upon arrival I confronted the driver and he advised the restaurant gave him my order to be delivered to another client , when I called in they contacted the driver to collect my food and deliver the correct order to the first customer . They also provided the driver with a new brown bag and stapler so I wouldn't notice that my food was opened. This is where the safety risk comes in , instead of making a new order they sent him to collect my opened food from a different location and deliver it to me as nothing had happened
2nd issue- this past Friday I called in to order 2 meals for collection , upon arrival to pay I noticed I was paying for 1 meal. They then apologized and changed it to two meals , the issue comes in where the first meal came out within a minute of me being there , I say and watched as my food sat on top of the waiting rack getting cold as they waited another 25 minutes for the second order . Surely the correct form of action would have been to make 2 fresh meals ?
3rd issue , the lack of communication- is left my number on friday 13/06 for the owner to call me back so could voice my frustrations and I was advised he would call me that evening. Sunday I went to the store to get another meal and asked for them to call the owner as I was still waiting, they advised he will call me on sunday . Still I did not receive anything, I then reached out to their Facebook page and direct messaged them and I was told he will call me . It is now almost a week and still I have not received anything
To say the least the customer service from this branch is appalling, and it sucks because we really enjoy their food when it's fresh
