Terrible service and quility of food

This is the mochachos in Heidelberg Mal gauteng They got terrible service I places a order via whatsapp they read it 20mins later I went in they never processed the order on the computer

I called on a Saturday at the end of the month and ordered a burger they said they couldn't make it because the chickens where in the freezer

I tried ordering again the made me wait a whole hour for delivery and added avo when I never ordered it and charged me extra for it and the whole toasted chicken mayo was burned
