Terrible service

I would like to complain about the terribly slow service I received on Friday from the Mochachos Tygervalley branch, I have ordered food from them numerous times. I made my order at 16:45 on Friday 25 June 2021 via Uber Eats, the Uber Eats driver waited 2hours and 30 minutes before he was given my order by store staff. I contacted him while I was waiting and he said that the staff was slow and was just ignoring him and helping other customers. I only received my order at 19:20, I am 5 minutes drive away from the store and I was tracking the driver via the app, when my order finally arrived, the burger was ice cold and the churros were stale. I also did not receive the bubblegum milkshake I ordered. Totally unexceptable. Will not order from that branch again.

PS. They also don't respond when you complain.
