Terrible service

Worst first experience at mochachos in kromboom. Placed a phone order and arrived at the place 10 mins after ordering. Waited there for an hour for my order only for something to realize it was ready all along. I stood there looking at my order after I had asked on 2 occasions to check if it was ready,only on the third day of occasion was it properly checked for. Came home to cold food and a stuff missing from my order
