Terrible food at mochachos

This is now the second time I purchased at mochachos at carlswald branch.. I used to really enjoy their chicken schwarma and tried their steak for the firat time ad its more pricey.. after trying their chicken I assumed this would be much tastier as the price is much more and it's steak after all.. The first time I purchased it a few weeks back i asked for hot as well as I purchased a quarter chicken chips meal which I asked for well done extra sauce and hot.. The chicken was dry only sauce on 1 side and the schwarma was fully loaded with mayo no hot taste what so ever.. quite dissapointing as the total bill was R176 for ****.. surprisingly the chicken schwarma which is cheaper comes out much better..

I decided to overlook it as it was the first time I purchased the steak schwarma thinking it was a once off thing.. Tonight I purchased once again being so hungry after work and yet again get the same ****py food.. this time the steak schwarma was beyond edible it was fully loaded with mayo like you having some sort of soup quite disgusting.. the steak pieces was so tiny you could hardly see it all diced up like the cucumber size, the quarter chicken was dry and burnt on 1 side, the fries was stiff and the rolls hard.. I will no longer be visiting mochachos ever after this 2nd disappointing experience especially put me off their food.. being so hungry and spending R176 for disappointing food which you can't even eat, then you can't even buy anything else after just wasting so much on terrible food..
