Terrible experience at Mochachos Ridgeway

<p>My family and I visited Mochachos Ridgeway to grab lunch, We live down the road from Mochachos Ormonde but due to the spectacular service we've been receiving from Ridgeway we always take the extra drive pay them a visit but that will change after today.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon placing our order we took a seat but to my shock I was rudely interrupted by the waitress with a "this table is reserved!" I rep**** "there is no sign explaining the reservation" of which the waitress rudely pulled the Reserved sign from her apron and slammed it on the table much to the silence of the entire restaurant. I chose my words and actions next as I had my 3 month old son in my arms. I reluctantly told my family to move to a very small table. The actions of the waitress caused great embarrassment and the next eating customers to offer us the bigger table as they were about to leave. When the "VIP" family arrived they were met with a feast of different meals as well as a crowd of waitresses &a the manager to assist them, While we waited 1 hour for our food to arrive despite being there first. The most shocking of it all came when while we were indulging in our food and having a good conversation despite the turbulence that happened we were rudely interrupted with "Sorry can I clean up?!" From the same waitress again! . Which make my wife feel very uncomfortable and actually left her half eaten meal to be taken away. The service is embarrassing and I have already begun bad mouthing the business everywhere that I go in a effort to make sure the next person does not receive the same service my family and I received from them.</p>
