Terrible customer service and poor presentation

Been ordering from them for 4 years ,no issue Suddenly they have **** poor service and have the audacity to tell me I must deal with Uber when they the ones that are making nonsense with my order .I don’t care about your systems that is something they must fix not me .I’m not ****** Uber tech support. To the manager and everyone who was working there that day on 8 November 2021 your service was disgusting.They took over an hour to contact me in regards to an issue with my Uber order as if it was my issue in the first place .The food came poorly packaged looks like someone threw my food around and it was not what ordered .Will be taking this to head office
