Terrible Customer service

Dear South Africans please tell me if I'm crazy or is this a R200 note. Is it ****? because apparently @Mochachoscarlswald Midrand doesnt take torn money.

After waiting 2 hours for my order to arrive the delivery guy says this money is too torn. I told him its ok ill order elsewhere he calls his boss or manger and i guess he was advised not to take it, then he drove away.Im extremely annoyed and disappointed with Mochachos
