Terrible and horrific service

After having numerous issues with orders being delivered from this particular franchise, today I called them directly and was shouted at in a very rude tone by a staff member named Sofia,after asking to speak to a manager her manager Anna took over the call. She hadn't given me a chance to explain my situation but instead screamed at me telling Sofia explained I should call Mr D when I hadn't spoken to her before, I continued to speaking to her and tried getting her to listen to which she absolutely refused. In the end she put the phone down on. The problem here is that there is always something that comes wrong, short or cannot be made. I hope that others view this and in the future their service is better but I will be doing my best to not order from them again and will be letting my family either as we are frequent supporters
