STINKING ATTITUDE

My husband and I went to collect our order from Mochachos, Walked in and stood at the counter without anyone greeting and asking if we need help they stood at the counter chit chatting with each other with no smile on their faces. We eventually had to ask for ourselves if anyone was going to assist! We experienced the MOST ATTROCIOUS service from the store, The 2 ladies who are supposed to be managers namely Layla & Angie had a stinking attitude and had the ordesity to tell my husband that he's unproffessional for arriving late to collect the order because they dont have a food warmer , Both ladies were yelling at my husband and shouting!! what happened to putting the customer first? What happened to good old customer service? I will make sure that EVERYONE knows of this incident. I have been a customer of this particular franchise since 2007 and today we're being told we are unprofessional for complaining that we received a cold meal as well as on a brokern paper dish by employees who are meant to be representing the brand! By far these are the WORST employees Mochachos have ever employed which reflects the level of leadership. NEVER will I EVER visit this shop.
