Stale Food - will never go to Mochachos again

Went to Mochachos Gateway on 2015/09/13. My husband and I each ordered a chicken shwarma with chips. Everything was cold!!!And they were not even busy, so there was no excuse to have stale food. Will never return to Mochachos. They don't seem to care about quality levels. I have had the same experience at the Overport and Umhlanga village branches. Absolutely pathetic and a waste of money. I feel cheated.
