Stale Food

I'm deeply disappointed in the food that was delivered to me from Mochachos Ferndale. I ordered a half chicken with chips (lemon & herb) which left me me underwhelmed to say the least. I didn't even finish the meal and regretted why I hadn't placed an order with some other restaurant.

First of all the the meal I received was not of a lemon and herb flavor. The meat was dry and extremely salt. The was oil seeping through Styrofoam container, the chips were dry. I'm actually of the assumption that the meal I was served was not fresh at all.

I'm deeply disappointed as this is the first time ever that I ordered take out from Mochachos Ferndale and it's probably the last time also. Customer's who use delivery services to order food should be given the same courtesy and respect as walk in customers. I strongly believe that was a deliberate thing since the order was placed via Mr. Delivery.
