Soggy Bread leaves a bad taste in your mouth

Bloemfontein -As always I love their food,but service gets in the way of enjoying your burger. I phoned in my order, confirmed twice with the clerk that I don't want any garnish just the sauce and the extra piece of cheese. When I got my order home, behold lettuce and tomato so the bun is now soggy as a marsh pond, everyone loves eating wet bread. I phoned back and spoke to the manager alerted her about this and she said she will talk to the cashiers, told her I will be leaving a review and she said is it really necessary as this had been cleared up. This would have been cleared up if they offered to replace my burgers or even offered something like a coupon, then this would be cleared up,at this moment in time I am the only one with soggy bread and she will talk to the clerks....The nerve sometimes.
