Shocking standard of food from Mochachos Tje Glen

Me and my hubby are a big fan of Mochachos ! However it's so sad that the standard of food quality isn't the same as all their branches . I extremely upset with The Glen branch I will never buy food there again . This has been the second time from them that the food was overcooked and my chicken patty was so so thin no wander why it was dry and over cooked. They weren't even busy so I don't understand why the quality was so shocking!!! We buy usually from the Alberton Branch many times and always the food is top quality hence the reason why we go every Friday to them. I happened to be by the Glen today so had no choice but to go there and I'm greatly sorry I did!!! Never buy their food chicken is so thin that they over cook the chicken. Dry chicken is simply disgusting I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THE GLEN ever again !!! Surely there is a standard across the broad they are giving Mochachos a really bad name !!!
