Shocking service, poor management, cold food, hungry people.

Ordered food telephonically, vuyo assured me food would take 30 minutes. After a 35 minute wait the food hadn't arrived, so I called again and was informed the food had just left and was on its way. After a further 25 minute wait, I called again and told the food would be here soon ( bare in mind I am 3 km from the store). Sitting on the line for over 12 minutes the food still did not arrive, I was then put in hold and the manager then cut me off of the line. After 75 minutes the food finally arrived and it was cold. I refused to pay for the food and asked the manager for his name in order to lay a complaint with head office. I was told to Google the number for head office and he also refused to give me his name and hung up the phone. After trying to phone 7 more times the phone was answered and the lady that answered told me the manager is unavailable. He then after a 4 minute wait came to the phone and told me I can't lay a complaint because he tried helping. I find the managers behavior shocking and extremely unhelpful. Not a pleasant experience and I won't deal with this branch again.
