Shocking customer service

I placed an order telephonically , 2 beef burgers were ordered. One extra hot , one lemon and herb. Once I arrived at the store I was given my slip where I noticed that 2 extra hot burgers were ordered. I notified the cashier of the error , upon receipt of my food I again enquired whether the order was rectified and they insisted it was correct. When I got home my kids could not eat their burger as it was too hot. I called the store and spoke to Aslam , extremely rude and refused to give me his surname. He the proceeded to drop the phone in my ear when I insisted he give me his surname. I am appalled by the behaviour and clearly client centriticy is non existant . I will escalate this experience to all social media platforms!!
