We have received 3 orders incorrectly from the Grand West branch after clearly indicating in the special instructions to remove some of the topings from the burgers. 1st time we let it slide, 2nd time we were really disappointed and still let it slide, but a 3rd time is just ridiculous.

We love their food, but we will never order from the Grand West branch again.
