Rude + Unprofessional

<p>MOCHACHOS, GREENSTONE MALL - After waiting for an hour an a half for our food to arrive, we found the chicken burnt and dry - We asked for extra sauce. I called the manager to let him know. What a rude person. He put me on hold 3 times after he heard how unhappy i was. I will never recommend Mochachos in Greenstone to anyone. Terrible service. Disgusted with the way they treat their customers!!!!!!</p>
