RUDE AND ARROGANT MANAGER

I placed an order to collect telephonically, on collection part of the order was incorrect and had to be redone. I commented that the rest of the order would get cold and soggy as they are toasted sandwiches while we waited for the rectified remainder of the order. Colleen was adamant that their sandwiches don't get soggy. I opened the order as i got back to my office and the sandwiches was soggy. upon telephonic confrontation she was rude and condescending and arrogant. Telling me that \the sandwiches would have been soggy anyway as I came to collect them what do i expect"she told me to be realistic. i have been a customer almost every Friday for the last year"
