Preller Plein, Bloemfontein Mochachos - Absolute Worst Client Service in the City!

Since the Mochachos opened at Preller Square in Bloemfontein, the service was bad from the very beginning. In fact, every time we support it, the service is even worse.

Tonight we waited almost 2 hours, kept asking for our food (which we could see on the back counter) and when we got our food, it was cold! The personnel are rude, ****** and absolutely useless.

After this we will not be supporting any Mochachos anywhere and will spread the word. Hopefully the franchise will do something about this? We were so excited when this shop opened because the Northern part of the city seriously needed a Mochachos, now we will prefer supporting Salsa Mexican Grill instead.
