Poor service - Mochachos Ormonde

My husband and i ordered food from Mochachos Ormonde on Friday 09/10/2020 for delivery. We called them to place the order. the guy on the phone was so rude and unfriendly. after giving him the order we asked how long it will be, he advised 20 minutes. This was at 17:30. By 18:05 the order still didn't arrive. By 18:30 the food came. The food was warm, not hot (in temperature). The livers that were ordered, the sauce had messed on everything else we ordered. So everything, including serviettes were messed. It was just poor all round. At least food was nice. But it doesn't make up for the poor service
