Poor service -Mochachos

I placed an order for delivery over the phone. The lady who took my order was in a hurry and didn't even bother to confirm the order at the end of the call I asked her to confirm the order which she did, and just as I'd thought she got the order wrong. When I phoned back to ask her to correct her mistake she said she'd phone me back and didnt.I phoned again and was told the chips which were missing in my original order were going to be delivered shortly,at an extra charge. Absolutely disgusted at the service I received.
