Poor Service

On 21 July 2021 I visited Muchachos in The Glen mall. I ordered 3 things from menu. I was disappointed to find that one of the items were totally wrong. I ordered a gourmet beef burger and instead I got a chicken burger with mayo and lettuce on a stale roll. The other 2 items were correct. I am disappointed as I'm not big on chicken. I could also not go back or call them as they were closing as I left. It must also be said that I was waiting for my order for 35 minutes. On appearance it would seem that Uber eats and Mr D drivers gets preferential treatment as their orders were prepared timeously. The drivers who waited for their orders hardly waited 5 minutes. Please can I get a speedy response.
