Poor service and waiting period

I went there this Tuesday at 10 am to get nachos and a burrito. The lady at reception was pretending to talk on the phone, ignored me and no one assisted me!

Then after finally getting assistance, the order took an Hour. Realy hated the experience there and would not recommend this place.
