Poor service and poor attitude of staff

I went to have a meal with my girlfriend at Mochachos at Kenilworth Centre. When the food eventually arrived, my girlfriend's chimichanga arrived, she was unable to cut into it as it was extremely hard. I tried cutting into it without success. I then went to the cashier to return the food and inform her that it was impossible to eat. I requested a replacement or something else as it was not possible to eat the food. She then said that we would have to wait for the manager a he wasn't in the store. She also said that there was nothing wrong with the food, even after we showed her that we couldn't cut it again. We then waited and waited for the manager to return to the store. After 40 minutes, we asked the cashier what was going on, we were told that he was on his wa, even though he was standing at the entrance to the store, avoiding having to deal with me. It was absolutely shocking that a manager of a store would ***er away in a corner and have a cashier deal with a complaint when he was too *********** to deal with me himself. I eventually left the store without the food I paid for and without my refund. It was the worst service I have ever received anywhere.
