Poor service and incomplete order for take away.

Had 1 client before me an stood in que for 15 minutes to actually place my order. My order was messed up as cashier doesn't know products and the till system. She was eventually assisted by supervisor. (Another 10 minutes for finalization of order) got home and part of my order is missing. When trying to call the store, phone gets dropped in my ear several times.
