Poor service and bad attitude

I went to Mochachos and put in an order at Mochachos. While she was busy with my order while I was still standing there, the telephone was ringing and she picked up and kept on talking on the phone without finishing my order. I feel that customer service should come first and not talking on the phone. If you have to answer the phone then there should be other employees as well to help the customers while the other can talk on the phone. And not talking on the phone for 10 minutes while customers should wait for them to finish!!!!
