Poor Service

I ordered myself a lunch to eat in. After an inordinate amount of time I realized I must have been forgotten about or my food was with the takeaways.<br> <br> It was, I politely explained that I had ordered to eat in and the lady kindly told me to take a seat and she would bring me my food.<br> <br> After waiting another inordinate (in excess of 10 minutes) amount of time my food was brought to me - at the time I was still not concerned as I suspected that they may have heated my food.<br> <br> The food was cold and the plate the food was placed on was in terrible condition (stained).<br> <br> I think you should work on the level of customer service at this branch and replace the plates.
