POOR SERVICE!!!!

I don’t normally buy from Mochachos, but the Black Friday special (2 chicken burgers for R69.90) made me give them a chance. Little did I know that it would be the worst decision ever. The branch at Mall of Africa took more than 40 minutes to bring out 4 burgers (without fries mind you). The only reason I even got my food is because I kept complaining about the waiting time. I witnessed the staff take out fries and hand me someone else’s order. I am very disappointed, NEVER AGAIN will be buying at Mochachos.
