Poor Service

Dear Mochachos New Redruth,

I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent visit to your store. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst takeaway experiences I’ve had.

While I understand it was month-end and likely a busy time, accuracy and basic customer service should not be compromised. My order was incorrect, and upon returning it to the store, I was met with little to no accountability. At the very least, I expected a sincere apology and for the mistake to be corrected promptly.

If this is the level of service one can expect from Mochachos, I regret to say it will be my last visit.
