POOR SERVICE

I placed an order at the branch, waited for 20min for my order. On collection they gave me a wrong order. I asked Angie to change it for me. She refused with an attitude. I asked for a manager. She refused. She gave numbers to call and request a change of my order through that number. I called the number and there was no response. I'm a regular customer in mochachos. I have never been to a single mochachos where I was ill treated like this. Mochachos rock cottage has the worst service. They don't value their cudtomers
