Poor quality food and bad service

Good day <br> <br> On the 29/04/2015 my friends brought back half a chicken takeaway to the office. Well what a dry piece of chicken that was. <br> <br> After Physically going to the branch <br> <br> <br> 1.. complained to a teller that the chicken was very dry, her justification was that customers must tell them if they want moist chicken. that there are customers who prefer dry chicken.<br> 2. I told the teller that's nonsense, only to get the death stare from her<br> 3. I asked to speak to the Manager ,waited for 10 minutes and he never pitched .<br> I walked out furious<br> <br> Unbelievable!!!!!
