POOR PRODUCT QUALITY

Super Dissatisfied and Disappointed.... We bought two quarter chicken and chips with the buddy cold drinks combo at Mochachos Northgate shopping center TODAY 28/01/2025

We were so looking forward to the food and how disappointed my partner and myself was coz the chicken was not cooked thru, the spice was ridiculous on the chicken that it was just not edible, it even tasted bitter of the burnt sensation 😑 we even threw it away and just had the chips which was ALSO dry. Ended up eating bread rolls n the buddy cold drinks.... I guess out lunch was ruined just like that with no empathy for the POOR PRODUCT QUALITY....
