Poor, pathetic service

Yet again, embarrassing service for the company. Fast food franchise - false adverti*****t. Let's say on average the last 3 times our company have ordered the food had not arrived before 3 hours from ordering. Yesterday we ordered Mochachos and the food took 2 hours and 45 minutes. Arrived cold and soggy. Can't understand why but the guys decided to order again today, we are still waiting for our food. Our driver decided to get in a car and collect after waiting 2 hours, when arriving he was told they hadn't even started making the food yet. Why tell clients that you will deliver within 40 minutes when we both know that is a lie. Truly disappointing and I can guarantee this is the last time I will order from Mochachos.
