poor food quality
yoh yoh maponya mall mochachos is the worst of them all. we ordered 8 wings and chips with different flavours (mild and hot) but Yoh the way the wings were so old and overdue we couldn't taste the flavour, and funny part i was even happy that the service was so fast as they confirmed that it will take 10 minutes meanwhile, they knew they will give us overdue meat

27 Feb 2025, 13:54wow the manager (Mxolisi )from mochachos has to go for customer service training shame .like they are just making me a fool instead of coming up with a solution , like you cant call me and ask me where do i stay instead of apologizing or refunding my money
